The Charlotte School of Law  moved in 2008 to the new Bryant Park development at the Western Gateway to Charlotte’s Center City District.

CharlotteLaw will occupy the space as their permanent location through a long-term lease on the property, located at the intersection of Suttle Avenue and Wilkinson Boulevard. The development, named Bryant Park after the adjacent city park on West Morehead, was previously the site of the Radiator Specialty Company.

Designed to maximize the learning experience for the school’s students, the four-story, 102,000 square foot building houses classrooms, offices, clinics, a moot court, meeting space, student organization areas, and the largest law library in western North Carolina.

Other attributes include:

  • A new state-of-the-art-building, which anchors new West Charlotte development
  • Free parking
  • Central location for citizens interested in using the law library
  • Easy accessibility to Uptown Charlotte and the interstate system for part-time or evening students

The location provides current and future students the opportunity to utilize state of the art technology and unique classroom and collaborative spaces, such as the moot courtroom and knowledge bars, to further enhance their education.

The school’s address is 2145 Suttle Avenue, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28208.

About Bryant Park
Bryant Park was created in 1930 to serve residents in the Wesley Heights neighborhood and was completed during the height of the Great Depression. It possesses local historic significance as one of Charlotte’s first small-scale public parks. The developers’ vision for the park’s namesake development is to create a vibrant area between West Morehead and Wilkinson Boulevard that will serve as a catalyst for redevelopment of the West side.
